Family Violence Prevention Legal Service

The Bourke / Brewariina Family Violence Prevention Legal Service (BBFVPLS) adopts a holistic approach to preventing Aboriginal family violence. Recognising the underlying causes of family violence, the service aims to both strengthen and unify communities, combining legal services with education, support, and training.

The service, auspiced by Women’s Legal Services NSW, is locally managed and strives to be accountable to the local community.
